  1. 🗂️ Name your files clearly

    We know, we know, this might be an extra step, but clear file names help us process your return faster and avoid mix ups, especially during the busy season! Please use this format: Full Name - Description - Tax Year (e.g. John Doe - T4 Slip - 2025).

  2. 📤 Drag, drop or browse on your device

    Upload your onboarding form, tax slips, contracts, whatever applies to you. Add your name and email address so we know it's you (and can confirm we've received everything).

    Sending folders, not just individual files? You’ll need to compress to .zip file before uploading.

  3. ✅ Click 'Upload'

    You'll receive an email confirmation that your files have been sent our way. We'll receive a notification of what you've uploaded, and we can get going on your file.
